Who are these fragrances for?
We don't believe in gender-specific fragrances. Wear whatever makes your heart and soul sing.
What's the bottle made from?
Our bottles are 98% recyclable and use 25% recycled glass. We use aqueous-based, non-toxic, food-standard paint, the most environmentally conscious coating on the market.
We only use FSC paper.
Our fragrances are formulated and bottled in the UK, supporting British businesses and reducing our carbon footprint. Our commitment to small batch production ensures that nothing is wasted.
Does toxin-free mean no headaches?
Because we don't use toxins and are incredibly careful with our ingredients, it's extremely rare for our fragrances to cause issues.
Most of our customers are delighted to find that Medeau fragrances are among the few they can happily wear every day.
Can I wear this while pregnant/breastfeeding?
When founder Allison Stubbings was pregnant and searching for a luxury scent that was non-toxic, she simply couldn't find one.
And so Medeau was born.
Our fragrances contain no toxic ingredients, dyes or endocrine disruptors - so enjoy them whenever you like.

I came across Origin initially on Instagram and got excited to try it. I ordered the sample and Loved it after so many compliments and absolutely not even sensing it on myself. I then ordered the set of samples to try them all. Cedar Noir was the winner for me. They are all gorgeous scents but this one had me reaching for it all the time. I now have both Origin and Cedar Noir in 50ml and love them. Origin for daytime and Cedar Noir for evenings.
I also want to compliment the brand for their customer experience approach. I live in Canada and they don’t ship here but the owner herself reached out to me and helped me figure out a way to get the deliveries. At one time she herself personally mailed it to me incurring the cost. I just cannot describe my gratitude 😘

I first discovered Medeau last year, and fell in love with Origin. I was so happy when 3 more scents were released. I decided to try Cedar Noir. I am extremely fussy when it comes to fragrance as it has to tick a lot of boxes. I was not disappointed with this one. I love how this scent customises itself with your pheromones. To me Cedar Noir is walking through a forest smelling all the wonders of nature, the pine trees and earthy tones and softness with a little sweetness (you may smell
something different to me) is what drew me to this scent. On me, it is light and I was worried that it would not linger on my skin but thankfully it is one I can smell, I make sure to spray it on my pulse points so that I can definitely fill the noses of people I walk past lol. I really like that the ingredients are non-toxic, this is extremely important to me when buying perfumes. This is my favourite one! Thank you, medeau. Next to try is Safara.

This is a brilliant fragrance. Really intense and interesting. Gives the feeling of the great outdoors mixed with a sophisticated intensity that go together to offer a really modern and manly scent. This is my new winter musk!
